Another pound off!

I'm not naive enough to assume that a fraction of a percent is accurate on this kind of scale, but the downward trend towards 180 gives me pause. This may be the winning run! Hold onto your britches, bitches!

Consistence!

Is that a word?

Either way, still in the 193s after a naughty day binging on almond crackers. Here here!

Uh oh, Fatty...

This present course of defattification JUST MIGHT WORK!!

One week on the ketogenic diet, and I'm 6 consistent pounds lighter.  Check your six! I'm coming to get you!  I wonder if I can hit 180 by Superbowl?? No way. Too crazy. I'll hit 180 by mid-Feb though, guaranteed.

It's been tough avoiding all the breads.  Yesterday, I found Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour for $5/lb though! Insane! So, today, I begin the journey to crackerdom, to enjoy with my homemade pate (which is fucking awesome pate, if I may say so myself).

The bad news is: the shoulder is a disaster. I'm not swimming any time soon.  Here are also some bike/run results from Saturday (yesterday).

Back on Track!

Okay, shoulder is fudged and working out is a disaster. But with Wildflower in 4 months, there is no rest allowed. Here is my plan:
Bike/run combos three times a week with a short weight workout afterwards
Soccer Mondays and Wednesdays
Hill runs once a week

Once the shoulder cleans up, I'll throw swimming in. For the time being, this will have to do. I'll throw screen shots of my run/bike into the posts.

Also, slight change in the diet. Ketogenic style. Carbs almost down to nothing. This should swing me down to 180 in no time...

I cannot wait to workout...

I haven't worked out in a week. Busy days and busier nights and a half-vacation week means no workouts for Robbie.
On a more positive note, I splurged and bought some fancy ass tuna, and have been making killer ass salads. Do yourself a favor and stop buying that chunk light bullshit. Solid white, in olive oil. Try to buy a European brand too, because the Spaniards love them some delicious tuna.
