This is gonna be easy!

24 hours, 3 pounds. Down to 195.6. Yesterday I ate identical lunch and dinner meals, about two pounds of grilled salmon in total, and more salad than a normal human should eat.

Exercise was soccer; first game after taking 8 weeks off. 1 goal and a pretty consistent effort on the field.

Today will be a breakfast of eggs, a huge ass Chipotle lunch, followed by meatloaf dinner with a whole whack o' kale and red wine.

I should be down to 190 by Saturday.

  1. I don't know that I have posting access - but you're getting my scale emails every day. You definitely beat me there - I ate salad w/ some meatballs for lunch and an asian salad for dinner yesterday. Pooped 3 times yesterday. I dropped 1.4 lbs Sunday->Tuesday because I just stopped stuffing my face.
    Yesterday - no exercise. Today, will mix running and ski/snowboard training.
    Clearly you were sandbagging!

    Cost has a cap of $250, winner chooses the experience (with agreement from the loser) and both have to participate.

      You mentioned the $250 during the hike Sunday as a self-motivational tool (challenge yourself to a goal, else give $250 to someone else), and I adopted it. Agreed - lets make the prize some experience worth $250. Perhaps a Posh Tiger? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHDWsZO7cWk
