24 hours, 3 pounds. Down to 195.6. Yesterday I ate identical lunch and dinner meals, about two pounds of grilled salmon in total, and more salad than a normal human should eat.
Exercise was soccer; first game after taking 8 weeks off. 1 goal and a pretty consistent effort on the field.
Today will be a breakfast of eggs, a huge ass Chipotle lunch, followed by meatloaf dinner with a whole whack o' kale and red wine.
I should be down to 190 by Saturday.

I don't know that I have posting access - but you're getting my scale emails every day. You definitely beat me there - I ate salad w/ some meatballs for lunch and an asian salad for dinner yesterday. Pooped 3 times yesterday. I dropped 1.4 lbs Sunday->Tuesday because I just stopped stuffing my face.
